All rentals subject to availability. Rates are based on 24hr day, (8 hours of use), 7 day week, (40 hours of
use), 4 week month, (160 hours of use). Excess hours are recorded by hour meter and prorated according
to affective period unit is utilized. A loss damage waiver may be purchased for 10% of the total rental. If the
customer does not want to purchase the waiver, they must carry and provide proof of adequate public
liability and property damage insurance. They shall also insure rented equipment at its full value against all
risk of physical damage and loss including vandalism and theft. Delivery and pickup rates are based at $3.50
per loaded mile ($50.00 Minimum). Cleaning charges will apply to equipment returned unclean. fuel charges
to be applied to all units returned not full of fuel.
